margin-bottom: 4"><i><font color="#800000"> <font style="font-size: 9pt"><img border="0" src="Images/pucebleu.gif" width="20" height="10">&nbsp;</font><font style="font-size: 9pt">Starting</font><font style="font-size: 9pt"> on September 29.1999, FDEP is a foundation of public utility, recognized as such by the Geneva government. </font></font><font style="font-size: 9pt" color="#800000">Its main objective is to promote a quality training for adults who have no or few basic competences.</font></i></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 4"><br><i><img border="0" src="Images/pucebleu.gif" width="20" height="10">&nbsp;An important part of the population is becoming marginal, socially, professionally and culturally, due to the current economical trends.<br>The training of adults is a useful approach to prevent and fight those consequences.<br>But it is not enough, in particular because training is not or little accessible to the most disadvantaged people.</i></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 2"><font size="2"><br></font><i> <img border="0" src="Images/pucebleu.gif" width="20" height="10">&nbsp;Trying to correct that, the FDEP wishes to first promote a training for the adults who have the highest needs; font-family: Verdana">One of the FDEP objectives is to facilitate communication between the different actors concerned. Those increasing differences are due to the rising mobility in different contexts (jobs, schools, families).<br><i><a href="http://www.learnplus.eu/">Learn+ Project</a> (in French and English)</i><br><br> <img border="0" src="Images/blinkbleu.gif" width="11" height="11"> <i><b>2009-2011: Leadlab</b></i><br>To create a model: a tool allowing professionals to think about their training practices; it is based on the concept of training personalization and the definition of a competences profile for a renewed profession: the "Learning Personalization Trainer".<br><i><a href="http://leadlab.euproject.org/">Leadlab Project</a> (in French and English)</i><br><br> <img border="0" src="Images/blinkbleu.gif" width="11" height="11"> <i><b>2010-2012: Empowerment Kit</b></i><br>To help the women migrants, with a weak level of education, no or little professional experiences, and depending on social welfare, to access to pre-vocational training, to employment and, more generally, to a higher level of autonomy.
